“One of the worst experiences of a holiday inn. The staff here can give two cents about any issues you may have. They didn’t have our room ready until 6pm. Then the chef for breakfast never showed up so there was no breakfast. One of the main reasons why we stayed here!!! We even complained and they don’t seem to care one bit. Then our room was beyond dirty, we found blood stains on our sheets!! They legit did not even clean the room. Wow what a nightmare.”

“The room was freezing nand hard to adjust temperature. No extra blankets available. The sink drained VERY SLOWLY. We had to wait while s he checked that our room was ready even tho I had reservations
for a week and it was 10 p.m.”

“The hotel was nice. Breakfast was acceptable. The only complaint was how filthy all the floors were in the lobby, in and around the elevators. Our room floor was also sticky and dirty.”
