“The condition of the building is pretty terrible. Water damage, mold, vinyl wallpaper detaching from walls, smelly carpeting. Our room had water-damaged baseboard at the wall AC unit. the unit was really noisy, ran all night, but never cooled the room to below 82 degrees F! We stayed for one night. I am mold-sensitive, and just that one night made me feel awful.”
