"In the wheelchair accessible room, there's a drain near the toilet. When rolling over it, the "grate/cover" popped off (apparently it wasn't installed correctly), dropping my front wheel into a huge hole, which stopped my chair immediately and launched me head first into the wall. In the shower, the mounted rod the hand-held shower head was on came apart immediately upon grabbing it. Apparently that wall mount wasn't installed correctly either. Other than the injuries going head-first into the wall, the hotel was nice, clean, polite staff, and the food was great. "

"The breakfast was cold every day, the syrup that was labeled hot syrup was not just cold but just out of the refrigerator cold. We reserved a suite two months in advance, when we got there they said that no suites were available. It is not like we showed up at 11:00 pm, we were actually early. So why were there no suites? The refrigerator in the room barely kept our beverages cool let alone cold. The ice machine on our floor was broken, we were told to go down one floor for ice, that one was also out of order. We were there for 5 nights and the same debris was in the hall way the whole time. The tub had a strange spongey bottom which was really weird. Never again. "

"I enjoyed the hotel, although I am used to newer hotels, the hotel was great prices, clean, and comfortable. Great value. They had a laundry area for guests to use which was very helpful. "

"The shower was filthy and the toilet was clogged. The staff seemed unconcerened when i told them. I only stayed 1 night and didnt find the issues until the morning. "

"First AND last time to visit. Room smelled and (small) bed pillows smelled and looked dirty. Bought Lyson. No luggage carts. Breakfast was ok..all in all...really disappoined."

"While first impression driving in was negative, once we got inside and got a good look, it is a beautiful place. We left early and my overall rating is a little low because the beds in our room were incredibly uncomfortable. That plus the random backup alarms from big rigs backing up into the Walmart kept us up all night. Other wings of the property will not have this issue. "
