“The unit was clean, cute and inviting however the tv had a broken stand, the chairs all had screws missing, remote was broken, the table was very wiggly. I had asked if the unit was mobility friendly and was told it was however the beds were super low and there were no rails or supports in shower. Additionally there were no extras as in coffee pods or tea bags. Dissapointed. ”

“the host was so sweet and everything was well maintained. the room was very comfortable and cozy, and has nice amenities like a fireplace, tv, and balcony. it was in a nice location, really close to a walking path/greenery. had to share washroom and kitchen which was no problem. totally recommend and thanks to the wonderful host!!”

“*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. Sadly it took 4 hours for them to fix it. Luckily I wasn’t……
