We are located 5 min walking distance to historical downtown of st augustine You do have parking space .Build in 1916 our cottage has character we do have Tv in the bedroom and living room full kitchen and bathroom front porch whit seating area

Would not recommend for people with any mobility Problems
Front steps were cement blocks with no handrails. My wife is 89 and uses a walker. Contact stated not required by law. Very difficult getting her up and down! Cold night and window air/heat unit took hours to get warm. My wife wet the bed. We had to pay for a new mattress. They do not use a mattress cover. I would think that should be required. (my opinion) WOW! What other germs might be in the mattress? For that reason, I would never go to this unit again.
