Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

Great location and comfortable house!

Three senior ladies vacationed together and enjoyed the convenient location of this comfortable house. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and sites of interest, in a lovely neighborhood adjacent to Flagler College. Comfortable accommodations all around! I highly recommend this house! Our hosts were readily available and everything was lovely.

Great location with easy access to old town St Augustine.

Great for family get togethers. Had multiple rooms, 2 bathrooms and two separate living spaces for relaxing. Patios in front and back of house were wonderful in the Florida weather. Over all great place to stay.

Perfect location

The house was spotless and nicely appointed. It was close to everything. You can easily walk to every attraction in old town including the fort. It is a very short drive to the beaches and fishing piers.

The house was perfect, it was stocked up with everything we needed. The location was in walkable distance to St. George's Street. There was more than enough rooms and space for our family of 6. Would definitely stay here again should we return to St. Augustine.

Clean, beautiful property.

I stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was furnished comfortably and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go-restaurants, entertainment and concert venue. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely and convenient place

We have been enjoying our stay here. It is very close to historic St. Augustine, an short walk will take you there. It is an easy drive to different beaches and state parks. The property is clean and nicely decorated, it has everything we need. Clear communication and prompt response to questions from the hosts, which is a plus.

Nicely Located and Recently Renovated

If you're visiting St. Augustine, we find it ideal to be within walking distance of the historic downtown and a reasonable driving distance to the beach. This house fits the bill, being in a quiet neighborhood about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown and a 10-12 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach. It has been recently updated and was very comfortable for our young family. We would definitely stay here again, it's a great place!

Girls weekend

I booked this for a girls weekend in St. Augustine. It was perfect for what we needed! The living room is very spacious, and has great outdoor seating areas if there is good weather! We saved the location for future bookings if we’re back in the area. The location was great with everything walking distance - about 0.5 mile walk and saved us from having to find parking or uber into downtown. I would highly recommend!

Close to everything you want

The house was clean and spacious. The large family room was especially nice with the doors that open to the back yard and patio. The kitchen and bathroom updates are tasteful. The location puts you a short walk to St. George St. and its a quick drive across the bridge to St. Augustine Beach for activities and dinner at O'Steens!

Great location!

Great location really walkable to historic downtown in a nice safe neighborhood. House was spacious. Cleanliness could have been better...there was an old food container in the living room floor, mildew in the guest shower, and kitchen cupboards. Basic supplies were really slim compared to other properties in some cases (only 4 towels for 1 week stay and only 1 laundry tab to wash them, 1 garbage bag, 1 paper towel roll).

Just park your car and walk to everything

Excellent location. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. The home has absolutely everything you might need. Family room is comfortable and spacious. Front porch was great. Only complaint is that main bathroom is rather small, but mater bathroom is spacious. Not a deal breaker at all. Highly recommend this property. Love st. Augustine and will be back.

Just like home

The house was plenty big for our party of six. The house is 2 blocks from St. Augustine historic district. There was plenty of room to spread out and play cards or put a puzzle together during out down time. I would suggest they get a new kitchen faucet. The current one is very noisy with very low flow volume spray. Loved out stay here.

Beautiful Home

This was a first for us… normally we rent hotels but this time around we decided to rent a house and let me tell you this, it was an awesome experience. This house is very cozy and in a fantastic neighborhood very close to ST Augustine’s Shops. We walked all over the place and walked back home. I would also like to add that my daughter and I both suffer from major allergies and compared to our last stay in a 4-star hotel in St. Augustine, this time we did not suffer from any allergies at this house. I highly recommend this place. You’ll love it. I know we did.

Comfortable and close to everything—

This is a comfortable home in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance of many of the sights, restaurants and bars in historic St. Augustine. The kitchen was well supplied and appliances were in great shape. We didn’t use the grill or the backyard patio furniture but we enjoyed the front porch glider, rocker and ceiling fans in the evening. Temps were in the 80’s during our stay and the bedrooms were a bit warm, given that we were asked not to lower the thermostat below 70 degrees, and we had a few clean-up items to suggest, but overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at 56 Valencia in St. Augustine!

Perfect Location!

Perfect location and house! Everything was close by and it was wonderful being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe no matter the time of day. Communication was outstanding! Very responsive to all questions. Loved the personal handwritten note left for us at check-in!! Highly recommend!
