"The unit was not clean when checking in but the host and housekeeper corrected this immediately. The unit is smaller than what is represented in photos but is updated and clean. Would recommend this for a short stay period. "

"This was the cutest and perfect 500 sq ft lodging for us. We spent 4 lovely evenings here as we traveled throughout the Upper Peninsula. Very clean and had the basics for light cooking. It mentions 3 min walk to Ferry. It was more like 10 min as we did a slow stroll and enjoyed the surroundings. The photos were very accurate. Perfect place for 2 people. Shower stall was very nice but might be considered small depending on your physique. There was no hairdryer, which didn't matter but...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of this quiet beach house with spectacular views of the sunrise and Mackinac Island on the horizon. It was a delight to watch the sandhill cranes each day move about the beach. The kayaks were an added bonus and we were able to get on the water every day of our stay. "Obviously the best thing about this vacation rental is the location. The views and beach were lovely! The house was ok but definitely gets used a lot and had some old/broken things. Overall we enjoyed our stay as the house is just a place to stay and we were mostly on the beach and in the water. "
