“2 of the windows did not lock, screens were ripped or missing, host did not reply to 2 separate phone calls from VRBO and 2 others since then, there was a loose board at the entrance, the stove was gross, there was no bedroom door on one of the bedrooms, we couldn't figure out the heater (it ended up getting extremely hot before we did), there was no hot water. In addition, VRBO has refused our request for a full refund.”

“This was probably the most peaceful experience of my life. It was off season and i was the only one there. I swam, sat in the hot tub, ran on the North Central Trail had fires and read books. Absolutely wonderful”

“The location, Lake, dock and view were all wonderful. However, the amenities in the cottage were not up to par. The mattresses were extremely soft, the bed linens were extremely scratchy and uncomfortable, the towels were poor. We could tell from the pictures that the furniture would be old, but the pull out was not even functional. It closed up when you laid on it and you had to sleep on it backwards to prevent it from collapsing. There was absolutely zero padding, and you could feel the spring……
