“Showed up less than 10 mins early to start the check in process, was told over the phone that early check would likely be an option depending on reservations that I could come in as early at 1:30pm. Called prior to leaving and early check in was not available at all, no problem. Upon arrival at 2:54 pm I go to the desk and the worker at the counter turned us around and said we must wait til 3pm. I understand the principle of check in is at 3pm but a few minutes difference and the rude attitude……

“A much nicer place than the one up the road. We liked the sink outside of the bath/commode. The hair dryer didn't work. Beds are okay but a bit high for this old lady to get into. The free breakfast was okay. Cold butter sucks. Finally, the front desk staff were super nice but need to slow down so they can be understand. We will stay here again when visiting family in DeWitt.”

“Without a doubt I will never stay again at the comfort inn in Lansing Michigan. I arrived there Friday, July 17 from that time until I checked out on Sunday, July 20 my room was never cleaned, bed not made, no clean towels brought in. I went to the registration desk on Saturday to let them know that the quilt between the sheets on the bed was literally damp as was the floor. The woman at the registration desk said she would have someone take a look at it....it never happened! Can't believe that……
