Customer service is excellent and friendly staff, convenient location, variety of foods and restaurants. Clean bathroom, clean rooms. The overall hotel is a gem. Whenever I return to Tanzania, that's where I'll be staying. ”

Staff in the restaurant were amazing! We had a small hiccup when we first arrived, but was rectified immediately. Great place to stay if you need to be in the centre of Dar.”

Our dinner ordered from the hotel restaurant was good and came quickly, but we had to eat in our room because the AC was not on in the restaurant and it was very warm. Our booking included late check out which was helpful. ”
