“Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again. ”

“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“The property itself was lovely, well maintained and in a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. However, the self-service check-in was quite disappointing. We did not receive any arrival instructions by email, and there was no one available on-site to assist us. After some time, a cleaner kindly stepped in to help, although it was clear this was outside her usual responsibilities, and the language barrier made things a bit challenging for both sides. “The location, staff, breakfast are very good. The location is close to the Baggot Street Upper. There are many stores such as the pharmacy, supermarkets (TESCO), restaurants (WILLIAM SEARSON is very good and fair price), etc.. You can take 10 - 15 minutes walk to the central area of Dublin city and begin your sightseeing. The breakfast is very delicious.
