“Staying at the cliff is a terrific option when visiting Saint Martin. This unit in particular has an amazing view of the ocean, beach and pool areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach towels are provided. Some more beach chairs would’ve been helpful. The beach itself is small but very nice. The water is swimmable. Security is excellent. The staff is friendly. The place is within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and 5 to 10 minutes my car from the airport. All in a relatively……

“Fabulous space and location. Loved watching and listening to the waves while drinking my morning coffee and watching the sunset every night from the balcony! A few beaches, many great restaurants, and grocery store were all within walking distance, including Maho Beach to watch the planes come in. Stacey was quick to respond to questions. Friends and I had a great time and would definitely stay again.”

“Our family of four had the best 9 days with this condo as our home base! The condo itself is as pictured, gorgeous views, super clean, safe, spacious, so much storage, plenty of towels, and very well stocked kitchen. We used the rooftop jacuzzi nearly every night to watch the sunset and the planes. While some reviews said you couldn’t hear the planes, we didn’t necessarily find that to be true but also didn’t find it to be a problem at all! It wasn’t super loud or disruptive and we loved……
