“The property is a block from the beach and it comes with parking and two pools! Our room also had a full fridge as well as a stove and oven. Loved the place. Walkable to ice cream, restaurants, bars, beach…..amazing!”

“This hotel was great! We stayed for a short three day trip and it was perfectly located to Upham Beach —which is beautiful. 5 mins walk away. The hotel provides beach equipment, like chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrellas, which makes things so easy. It’s also walking distance to good restaurants and bars. It was clean, seemed like a new property and was well maintained. The rooms themselves are well designed and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again”

“the pluses:
hotel Is very clean and the rooms are freshly redone and modern. It’s right on the most beautiful beach. The new restaurant on site is very nice a great place to have a drink and see the sunset.
the minuses:
the hotel is going thru a refurb, this should be made clear prior to booking. We were woken up early from construction noise and we had a view of the site from the room. Ask for high up room, if you think that might affect your stay.
they need to clean out the HVAC more……
