THIS IS THE PLACE ON THE BEACH FOR YOUR FAMILY!! PREMIER UNIT IN BAREFOOT! This unit was completed remodeled with new kitchen, unique glass countertops, furniture, appliances, TVs, paint, etc. The unit is sunny and bright with lots of windows, surrounded by palm trees. Free WiFi, Free Calling, HD TV channels with two new 75" 4k HD smart TVs . Just steps to the beautiful white sand beach of Indian Shores, with exclusive beach access walkway, and steps away from the heated swimming pool.

NOTE: Guests will be required to sign a short term rental agreement before being allowed to stay. This will be sent at the time of booking. It is mandatory.

Just another day in paradise
The Turtle Nest is tastefully decorated , extremely clean, very comfortable and well appointed. All the comforts of home and then some. Justin is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. Wonderful condo in a perfect location. Do yourself a favor and check it out, you won’t regret it.

After taking care of an early problem with Palmetto Bugs, we had a wonderful stay at the Turtlenest Condo in Indian Shores. Justin was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to our needs.

We really enjoy the Indian Shores area. It is quiet and has easy access to the beach. During our two week stay we encountered a couple of things that were not working correctly in our unit and my guess is that previous guests hadn't come across them because of their short stays. The owner was very responsive and willing to accommodate. We had a maintenance person come the first time but we didn't really want to have to deal with the inconvenience of them coming a second time. Could have maybe stood to have someone(property manager?) check things over before someone checks in for an extended stay.

Fantastic Holiday Stay
I booked this condo for my parents to stay during a Thanksgiving trip, as my family stay at my in-laws about 5 minutes away. The condo is amazing - it's updated and very nice. Decor is great for a beach stay, plenty of space for 2-4 people, nice bathroom and bedroom, and a great layout for a small group. It is well stocked for cooking full meals or just enjoying coffee in the sunroom. The beach access is directly across the street - no more than 5 minutes to be on the sand. The pool and property amenities were great. Check-in was flawless and Justin is a great property manager. We would 100% stay here again!

Perfect getaway
What a gem! Went on a girls trip and this cottage was perfect. It was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Justin was on top of every question I had. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing
We spent two nights and three days at this condo. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Right next-door is a wonderful seafood restaurant, not far from John’s Pass which has great shopping and charters. Hope to visit again soon!
