Enjoy incredible water views from both the living room and Master bedroom to watch the sun set into the water nightly. This 2-bedroom 2 bath condo has a fully equip kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, Dining tables inside and outside on the private open-air balcony, televisions in every room and more.
Crescent Beach Club has everything you would expect from a destination resort with spa like amenities which include fitness center, indoor hot tub, sauna and steam rooms and access to a gym, billiard room, tennis courts, bbg grills, extra-large pool and more.
HOUSE RULES:
• You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
• Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug.
• 2 Weeks Minimum Rentals $100 Application fee
• No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
• No Pets.
• No Parties.
• Check-in is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out is before 10 a.m.
