Charming 1 bedroom Gulf front view condo with Pool and Hot Tub.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom direct Gulf Front unit on the 1st floor. This 1 bedroom unit features a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper along with a flat screen TV.
Sea Breeze features a large outdoor heated pool, an outdoor spa, tiki-hut seating, reclining lounge chairs, two LP gas grills, a charcoal grill, an outside shower, and a bocce court. There are also two convenient washrooms on the ground floor exclusively for guests.
Modern coin-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on the 4th and 7th floors. The building has a centrally-located elevator and one stairwell on each end of the building.
The location of Sea Breeze of Madeira Condominiums couldn't be better. It's close to John's Pass Village Boardwalk, Hubbards Marina, Dolphin Marine Rentals, Gators Restaurant, Bamboo Beach Bar, Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant, Dockside Daves Restaurant, Salt Rock Grill, Mario's Ristorante, Keagans Restaurant, Conch Republic Grill, JD's Restaurant, Friendly Tavern, and Bamboo Beach Bar. A trolley bus service that operates up and down Gulf Boulevard with close bus stops adds to the simplicity of getting around.
During 4th of July wristbands(4) and only 1 special parking pass are given out to the unit by the Association of the building.

No problems or issues at all. Check in / checkout was easy. Pushbutton codes on door made it easy to use the beach or pool without having to worry about keys. Easy steps to beach. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. Nothing negative to say. 10 min walk down beach to restaurant or stores. Beach was cleaned and trash cans emptied on beach early each morning. Will stay here again!

Beautiful Location
My 15 yo granddaughter and I stayed 4 nights. My first feeling when we arrived was safe. There is a code needed to take the elevator up to the 1st floor. Our room was straight off the elevator within 25/30 ft. The view is awesome and a great place to watch sunsets and dolphins. The condo is nice and I actually loved the furniture. It’s so soft and cozy, not hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen is definitely BYO stuff so don’t expect anything, not even salt & pepper. (This was no issue for us) There is a closet by the kitchen with beach towels, coolers and a foldable beach chair on the balcony for your use. We used the small cooler for the pool. We packed grapes, string cheese and waters. It was perfect. The beach is very quiet with not too much traffic and we loved our daily walks.(another code needed to get in and out of beach access gate/safety) Check out was very easy, throw out your trash (the chute is right by the elevator), throw towels in tub, pretty much like every other rental. Everything is coded so no keys to drop off. The one thing that will keep me from coming back is the pullout couch. I don’t think they should be allowed to call this a bed. The mattress is trash. Our plan was to sleep on it instead of the bedroom, a sleepover vibe if you will. I ended up putting every blanket, sheet we could find on it just to try and level it out around the bars. I’m 56 and I paid a price for sleeping on it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our Vacation
This is a great property. The location is unbeatable. It is quiet and the beach is uncrowded. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The view from the condo is magnificent. The condo itself was clean( although a little dusty)and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and such. The kitchen had everything needed. The appliances worked well and the icemaker was a great bonus. I took a 2 inch foam mattress with me and the bed was quite comfortable.. The sunset from the balcony was beautiful.Everyone was courteous and friendly. The TV was a little tricky but we got there. If you follow directions,check in was easy, just took a little time. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet beach getaway!

Mostly positive, clean and roomy. View is awesome and price reasonable. Furniture gets a BIG negative for comfort, including the bed. Will not return simply due to that issue. Smoking area is right below this unit so the smell of smoke was evident on the balcony.

This property was perfect because you stepped outside and were on the beach. The closeness to John's Pass was a huge benefit, we walked there everyday. The condo overall was fine, but really does need a make-over, outdated.

Perfect location!
The condo was as exactly as shown. It was very clean. Can't beat the location, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. There were a few drawbacks...the bed and pillows were not that great, but we slept ok. Also, some things around the condo had been broken and not replaced (light switch on bedroom lamp, hooks by the door). It's too bad they do not have management, or someone looking out for the building at night. Some spring break kids were causing quite a ruckus one night. They were vandalizing the pool area by throwing chairs in the hot tub and breaking them. Also, the elevator situation was not good. We observed it took forever to use, as there is only one. Luckily we were on the first floor, so we took the stairs. All in all, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This condo was exactly like the pictures show. Very clean. Right on the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pool was heated. Hot tub nice and large. Don, the maintenance na, kept the pool and hot tub area nice and clean every day. It was walking distance to all the action at John's Pass. I would definitely go back. The only thing that had me worried was that for check-in, you had to wait until the day of check-in for a text giving you instructions. I would have like to have the check-in procedure before I got on the plane and landed.

Location, location, location
This condo is in the perfect location - on the beach, so the sunsets from the balcony are a given, and just a 10-minute beach walk to Caddy's in one direction and all that John's Pass has to offer in the other. The condo itself is very comfortable and clean, but a little dated - this didn't bother us. The kitchen had enough utensils for our purposes and the appliances we used, the fridge and dishwasher, worked as expected. The pool and hot tub were delightful, as were the small lounge areas on the grass, which I watched get a thorough cleaning by the maintenance man in the mornings. Overall, a well-kept condo on a nice property. Would definitely stay again. Larry was also very communicative about the checkin procedure, which is an extra step if you need a parking pass, but only took 15 minutes of our time. Would definitely book again.

NICE CONDO, EXCELLENT VIEW
Loved our stay at this condo....but it was hard finding the office....to pick up our envelope with the instructions for getting into the condo. (Door and elevator codes) And then when we walked into our condo, someone else was already staying there!!! The manager gave the same condo information to both of us.....the guy in our condo was supposed to be in the floor above us, but was given our condo instead....so very disappointing....we ended up moving upstairs to the condo the other guy was supposed to be in. And then there was a big issue with the TV.....it was stuck on some streaming channel....for all these different things like Netflix, Hulu, etc.....and we could not get it back on basic cable.....messaged manager, Larry, but he was no help......so for people like us, who have absolutely no experience with this.....we had no idea how to operate it....and all we wanted was basic cable.....so don't think I would rent again from that place....Florida Accomadations.....

Madeira Beach Anniversary Vacation
The unit was clean, neat and had a great oceanfront view. The pools. and property are well maintained with easy parking access. Some kitchen items need to be replaced... pots and pans, can opener, and blender. The patio door would not lock so we had to improvise using a floor rod. Bed dips in the middle-may need replacing. For the money and location we had a great time.
