The living room features a comfortable couch and chair seating four, perfect for watching the 55" 4K TV with DirecTV, all controlled with a single remote.
The renovated kitchen combines modern flair with historic touches, featuring white drawers, a butcher block countertop, a large center island with an inset sink, drawer microwave, warming drawer, and bar seating. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, Haier refrigerator, and Sharp drawer microwave and warming drawer.
The bedroom, located off the living room, offers ample hanging and shelf storage. The spacious bathroom combines historic beadboard with floor-to-ceiling marble tile and features a large glass shower with a rain showerhead. The washer and dryer are built into a bathroom cubby with ample shelving. Enjoy continuous hot water with our tankless natural gas heaters and stay comfortable year-round with our new mini-split AC system.
We pride ourselves on attention to detail. The apartment is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated with personal touches like art and books. We provide high-quality bedding and linens and a moderately firm foam mattress for a restful sleep. Enjoy the semi-private porch with seating for four, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The front door features a keyless lock coded to your cell phone number, ensuring easy check-in.

Our well-equipped kitchen means you only need to bring groceries. We recommend using the Harris Teeter app for convenient curb-side pickup. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. We also offer a NEMA 14-50 plug for electric car owners, free of charge.
