“Beautiful property, friendly staff, but lots of upcharges and hidden fees every time you do something.”

“The property was nice and I loved the room with fridge, microwave and private balcony. The only thing that I would have liked is for restaurant/bar on property to stay open a little longer 9pm is very early especially since there is no Uber eats on the island.”

“Our stay at the resort was wonderful. It was immaculate from the moment you drive in until you get to your room. The room was very clean and smelled clean. The bedding was very comfortable. We requested a hot plate to cook out own meals, therefore the kitchenette had everything we needed for dishes. The only thing that's for the resorts fault is the terrible smell of the sargassum, but I must say, you do get used to it after a couple times. Crews work trying to keep up but mother nature does as……

“The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts.”

“Excellent location to beach. Room was severely dated. Had leaking ceiling, TV wouldn't work, pool was not particularly clean.”

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not……

“The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close……

“Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”

“The St John Inn is a hidden gem. We were so lucky to have come across it. The reviews were spot on and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and enjoy our time in St John. I can’t say enough about how special and quaint the Inn was. 5 stars for us!”

“We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative.”
