"The room is super clean and has space"

"This was my second time staying at The Lloyd and it was fantastic! I was very impressed with the attention to detail, friendliness of the staff, and unexpected in-room amenities. It was nice to have a cozy robe, Nespresso coffees, Grace Farms teas, and a clothes steamer. There are premium Five Wits toiletries in the bathroom. What impressed me the most, however, was that the manager, Jesus, noticed the comment on my reservation that I would be celebrating my birthday. He wished me "happy birthday" when I arrived, and sent a balloon, fruit platter, and a basket of sweets with a lovely note to my room! Two things that I greatly appreciated: The staff member who checked me in sent a few "how are things?" texts during my stay. There is also a QR code for tipping the housekeeping staff in the room. I am someone who rarely carries cash and often forget to leave a tip. The QR code makes it much easier. This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to many restaurants and a movie theater. Valet parking is available for a fee which was very helpful. The lounge, dining, area, and bar are cozy; there is a daily "happy hour" from 4-6pm. Overall, this was a great hotel to spend a birthday weekend. If I could give the experience higher than 5 stars, I would!"

"Bit of a dark room, but, large and clean. The hot tub wasn't functioning, which annoyed me because it's part of the reason I paid a bit more choosing this hotel! Also annoyed at having to pay for parking. And the parking garage roof is very low. Anyway. A "mid" experience... not terrible, not great..."

"great location, with garage spaced ( thought that is a bit confusing to figure out where the space was located); apartment was super comfy, nice size and layout, with living room/open kitchen concept (complete with all cooking and utensils ). Large bathroom w/a nice shower. Towels were wet but we worked that part out. great gym facilities in building and a fun basement equipped with (adult) games! rooftop was not open, even to enjoy the sunny day.. which meant the pool too was not available. I will definitely stay here agin"
