“When we arrived, no one was at the desk, however there is a bell to ring. The man came over to help check us in, but he was rude. I made the reservation for my boyfriend and I, the whole time the man at the desk was assisting us, he was asking my boyfriend everything about the reservation and tried to ignore me. My boyfriend wasn’t answering him because he didn’t know anything about the reservation and it was in my name anyway. After getting our room and key, we went to our room. The room was……

“The staff was very courteous. But the bath room had a water leak from the sealing light that made the floor quite wet. I was not sure it is from inlet or drain water. I called the front desk later night but no one answered so l just let it go. ”

“不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。”

“We stayed 7 nights. 3 days in a row our room was not serviced by housekeeping. We told the front desk every day and was assured it would be serviced each day but it was not. The housekeeping paperwork said we had DND tag on door but that was not true. I think they had staff issues. After speaking with GM it was finally serviced. ”

“Stayed one night twice in a week, at the start and end of a trip. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Hot tub under repair/not open for either stay. Pool good, though large area of ceiling above damaged & in disrepair. Very nice and helpful staff both times. During second stay, carpeting in stairwells completely dirty and filled with debris. Offending odor upon entering hotel and in stairwells. Fridge in room not cold and very filthy, with food stains, dirty brown liquid inside on bottom, & food……

“Checked in and was offered to sign up for Bonvoy app to earn points for stay (I was told weeks later that since we used Expedia we were ineligible for those points). In the room the light bulb was burned out (not a big deal) the conditioner bottle was empty (not a big deal) the floor under the ottoman had hairballs and candy wrappers (surprisingly dirty for a Marriott) and despite having a "Privacy Please" placard on the door and being 2 hours and 15 minutes before checkout time, we had a member……
