“Well first the front desk lady lied to us and told us check in ended at 9 pm and we'd be charged a $25 late fee for checking in at 10 pm. The hotel itself smelled like weed, and there was almost no toilet paper in our room and also a used coffee filter in the coffee maker.”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy……
