“This was a great place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Property was clean and ready for us. Included parking was a major plus. Terrace overlooking city was very cool. Communication was great and we had no issues with checkin or checkout. They were even able to accommodate an early check in for us. We would definitely stay here again!”

My only suggestion for improvement would be better blinds/drapes/shades in the bedrooms because the city lights were bright all night and sunrise was early and bright. We will definitely stay again.
