Worst hotel experience of my entire life. Hot tub was ice cold and not working. Did not give us notice when we checked in. Room was dirty. TV was broken. WIFI for entire hotel was down. Room phone was broken as well. Room keys kept malfunctioning on three separate occasions costing us about an hour of wait. When I reached out to office after the third time they told me to meet them in the parking lot to get new key instead of doing everything they could to correct the issue. Shower had two temperatures,Ice cold and scorching hot. Fitness center shouldn’t even be called a fitness center. It’s a 10x10 room with a treadmill, and two other run down machines. Not even any dumbbells in there.. I ended up just doing pushups the entire time. Water dispenser in there was also empty and tv didn’t work. Stay away from this place at all cost.
