"The hotel has just been remodeled and everything was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was good, with a number of options. Elsa at the front desk was great! She helped us get checked in early because of a business function that we'd be attending. And then made sure that we had parking in the underground parking lot. She was friendly, professional, and happy. Next time we're going to the Tacoma Dome, we'll stay at this hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Seattle to retrieve our deceased son's remains and pack up his things. The staff was very sensitive to our situation and helped us recover payment on nights we did not wind up staying at the hotel."

"When we arrived in our room there was a smell we opened the window, Then when unpacking I found a bag of garbage tied up in the closet. Did like the refrigerator and microwave in the room and they had added breakfast since the last time we stayed there. Would like to have more protein options but it was nice to be able to grab something on the way out."

"I booked based on the reviews & was disappointed. They spoke of how welcoming it was & our arrival was pretty uneventful. I stood at the front desk for about 5 min watching a young man put away water. Finally I asked him if anyone was back there. He then came up to the desk & said he was it. The breakfast was also received high reviews & it was very disappointing. Instant oatmeal, eggs were watery, yogurt was super sweet & little fresh fruit. It was a 2 star hotel & would have been acceptable if I paid $75. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t anything special. "

"Firstly, the gal at the counter was not the friendliest. Not rude but didn’t feel welcoming. Second, they did something to their pictures because the room looked like the temu version of the pictures. Lastly, the rooms were suppose to be non-smoking, but all I smelt was weed."
