"Rented Victorian suite, has nice big, beautiful private deck, and a hawk’s nest in the tree right outside of it. It was a perfect location. Very quiet"

"The Spa and Spa staff were wonderful, Best part of our stay. Hotel staff not so much. Stayed 2 nights, arrived back in room at 10:00pm, room had not been serviced, and more importantly, Coffee was not replenished. Used 24/7 phone to ask for coffee for a.m., no response. Left note. Next morning checked out at 09:00, no one in office, again they did not answer phone. Never had any coffee. There is no lobby/restaurant, and there is no local place for coffee that opens prior to nine that I could find. For over $300 a night I would like to have had at least a cup of coffee. And cream that didn't curdle."
