“Loved the very diverse breakfast. Absolutely lots of choices . Continental English and food was special. The building has character the location great. Bus stop outside parking for disabled and other . Views outstanding. Room service daily and good. My only gripe was that the window in the cosy bedroom was out of reach but my husband climbed to open it as there was no air flow. I knew there was no balcony however there was but closed off as needed repair. It was locked and I was able to open……

“When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality.”
