The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Probably the best breakfast we ate all week. They have a world map with pins that indicate where people come from that have stayed. “The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“Highly recommend taking the Free Hotel tour with William, (12 o’clock daley) he is the concierge and gives a very good tour within the hotel, the hotel waz used by Harland and Wolf to build the Titanic. Highly recommend breakfast, a very good buffet style. (the breakfast staff could do with smiling a little more) but that’s not really a complaint because they were all very helpful. We would stay at this hotel again, in fact we have booked to stay again already”
