“The house was clean, cozy, well organized and convenient for everything we needed. We were so comfortable, the only thing we went out to buy was ice cream. The neighborhood was perfect - far enough from the main highway that we didn’t hear any kind of traffic or disturbances, but still only a few minutes from the beach. The jacuzzi and grill were the cherry on top. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return!”

“Thoughtfully furnished and accommodating, very clean, centrally located. The owners were very friendly, and checked in with us when we saw them. Highly recommend for families with older kids, stairs are fairly steep for younger children. ”

“This property was better than the description! Beautiful house on the beach that has breathtaking views. Nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee, on a spacious deck, as a pod of wild dolphins swim by. Property manager was very kind and answered any and all questions promptly.”

“House was great and actually has 2.5 bathrooms and a gate for the deck area. Only complaints were that both outside hose bibs leak and the indoor floors are very slippery, especially for dogs. There’s also not room for 4 cars, we had two (with one under the house) and had a hard time getting out of the driveway. ”

“Spacious house with many amenities, especially by supplying linens and very generous towels. Short walk to . beach, children enjoyed nearby playground. Many diversions, games, etc for them as well.”

“Dylan, the host, was wonderful with communicating quickly. The house itself is so perfect for a family of 5. Couch is so comfy. Kitchen has everything it needs. Beds are comfy! Everything about this place is perfect. We will be back!”

“This property was absolutely perfect for us and our dog. The location was great and the private deck and fenced back yard were an added bonus. Our dog was very happy with that! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Jeanne-Marie is an excellent host and was extremely pleasant and helpful with suggestions as to restaurants and things to do. Will certainly stay here again on our next visit to OBX. ”

“Perfect location only a block away from the beach and near Booty Treats ice cream. The house is not large, but well-maintained and stocked with all of the essentials. It is evident that the property owners put a lot of thought and detail into the decoration and upkeep of this home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the property already had beach chairs and bicycles. ”
