“My room at this property was horrible 😫”

“Clean rooms friendly staff”

“Was good for our one night stay. We had to wait for the staff at front desk when arrived for about 10 minutes before checked us in, tried to make tea with the hot water in lobby and tea bags provided, but the water was not hot must have been sitting so long it was never checked on and was cold so threw that away. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and had backups waiting for it a few times and had to squeeze it full of people since it was constantly full from only have one working. Everything else……

“The Location of this property is Ideal- main shopping area right there, restaurants and bars walking to . Very friendly greeting by Matt. Breakfast service good. Room was clean. The property is older, a painting, refurbishing would make this better! Definitely need new chair upholstery in common area, but I’d still stay here for a stay in charming Fairhope. Dinner at sunset Point Fly Creek marina great”
