"Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed during the 2026 snow storm in Ohio and I noticed my room was not getting warm. I text the front desk the immediately sent maintenance to fix the furnace in my room and had housekeeping bring me an extra blanket. They were prompt and my room warmed up quickly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The snacks upon checkin (between 5-7pm) was much a pleasant surprise to me and just want I needed prior to having dinner. Breakfast the next morning was superb with so many options and a create your own omelette station. 10/10 would recommend "
