"Requested a fan and Melissa from housekeeping made it happen!"

"The staff were hardworking and committed to creating a good environment for guests. I noticed the maintenance staff fixing issues quickly. The cleaning and housekeeping staff working diligently to keep floors and rooms clean. I extended my stay to over 10 days, firstly for the price point, then and for the respect I was given by staff. I asked for extra towels, toilets paper and trash bags and was generously given these. They were able to accommodate my later checkout and offer excellent housekeeping during my stay. They cleaned my room to a high standard and offered a later housekeeping service after I overslept one day. You will meet different kinds of guests and individuals staying at the hotel. All I can say is keep an open mind and heart. People are staying in hotels for so many reasons. Be kind."

"I love how organized and clean the property was. I also was able to get an upgrade because it was my birthday. The rooms were very spacious beautiful views Pool the highlight of the trip just wish they had continental breakfast maybe longer hours for the restaurant"

"The room was great. I use a wheelchair and canes for mobility. The room was very accessible. But the bathroom sink did not have and hand holds around it, and was only held on the wall by the plumbing. Anyone with mobility issues is going to need something to lean on and eventually the sink and the plumbing are going to give way. There were plenty of hand hold bars in the bathtub but it was set up by someone who doesn’t have any experience with handicap accessibility. There were lots of handholds around the bathroom, but they were not practically placed. All the amenities were very nice though."
