Beware: Hotel did not tell us that we couldn’t use credit for breakfast on day we left. Instead we had to pay more out of pocket for crappy breakfast. Staff charged to hold baggage while we awaited for them to assign room. Room had disgusting mold/mildew smell. This hotel isn’t 4 stars. They nickel and dime you worse than pick-pockets who assault tourist. Do yourself a favor, stay anywhere else!"

"Stayed here for 4 night with family. The price and location were good. Near Times Square and subways. Many restaurants on the block and coffee shop across the street. Rooms were spacious for NYC. Rooms were clean but there was a musty smell in the bathrooms. Not all rooms have a fridge. Staff were pleasant and there was a sitting area off the lobby. Our rooms had no view. 2 elevators, one was very small. Overall, nice stay. "
