It is right next to biggest Pakuwon Mall, connected to many luxus Condominium buildings behind the Mall, breakfast was very lavish, great choices, chef cook came out to greet guests, weekend breakfast has music orchestra and sing in local music, great experiences.

Commendation for Exceptional Service

I am writing to commend the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Randy from the front office assisted me in purchasing my train ticket to Bandung when my app was not working. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated, and I want to give kudos to the concierge team for their outstanding service. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided an amazing breakfast experience, remembering my usual order and preparing my latte without me having to ask. The level of personalized service was truly impressive. Overall, my stay at your hotel was wonderful. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness, along with the excellent facilities, made for a memorable experience. I will definitely choose your hotel again when I return to Surabaya, as I usually stay around Tunjungan Plaza. Thank you for maintaining such high standards. Kudos to the entire management and team.

First and foremost this hotel is located in a very convenient location for access to shops and restaurants in the connecting Pakuwan Mall (Indonesia's largest mall). I travelled with a family with two small children and it was overall very convenient to get groceries, take the kids to the playground, or go out for dinner / lunch. The hotel itself has a modern and clean feel (at time of writing) and the room are well designed, spacious, with large windows with a great view. But I'm giving this hotel a high rating especially because of the positive attitude the staff had towards customer service. I feel like the staff were given autonomy to be their most friendly and helpful they could be. Want to say thanks in particular to Jennifer (Reception), Arnold, Habib, Bima, Ikhlas, Amir and Diah at the restaurant at breakfast time, (actually everyone was very helpful and professional, but we interacted with these the most). The food at the breakfast was really good as well with so many options. So all I would say is, keep doing what you are doing, and please don't let the hotel fall into disrepair or give up on the positive staff working culture.

The stay was very comfortable. It would be better that there are hooks/hanging bars to hang our wet swimming costumes in the toilet. Also, would appreciate there is a grab bar in the shower, for safety purposes.

Noisy environment

My room wasn't sound proof. We can heard clearly what the guests at the next room were talking on the middle of th night. Reason being most of the walls are wooden partitions and not solid walls. Can heard the sound of closing and opening of curtains coming from next room

Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees).

출장으로 자카르타에서 4박 후, 수라바야로 이동하여 1박 일정이었는데 저녁 9시반 호텔에 도착하여 잠시 일하고 잠만 자야하는 시간 밖에 없어서 너무 안타까웠습니다. 작년에 똑같이 1박 일정으로 와봤었던 호텔이었는데 여태 출장을 다니며 숙박해 본 예산 10만원대 호텔 수십 곳 중에 조식이 최고 수준이라고 생각됩니다. 룸도 업그레이드 되어 다리를 쭉 뻗을 수 있는 욕조에서 무상 제공된 배쓰밤을 사용해 피로를 풀기 좋았습니다.
