“Very good value and was in the perfect location for our reason for visiting Mitcham, onsite free parking is a real positive. Upon arrival it wasn't clear where we had to go to check in and a staff member not on shift didn't seem to know, but it turned out you check in inside by the kitchen service hatch....photo ID was needed and scanned by a polite staff member. The restaurant looked spotless, very clean, bright and airy...the kitchen however, on show through the glass window by hotel check……

“The staff was polite and helpful but the building is worn down and the lift was out of order and I was on the top floor. I have a disability and walking long causes discomfort so walking up avs down stairs was long”
