“My rating and review may be a bit mismatched. This is a great stay if you are looking for a place to sleep, shower, and plug in your electronics. There aren’t really any amenities. The staff was very nice during each interaction, it was a 5-10 min walk to the Victoria Station and the neighborhood was wonderfully safe when returning late at night. I booked the same day for my 2-night stay and was given a 3rd-floor room. Nothing else was available. There is NO lift. I’m 56 yrs old and luckily in……

“Easy access to attractions”

“早餐是8-11，還可以。員工很常打掃大廳，是個不錯的地方。房間偏小，智能家電很方便。可惜廁所的排水系統不足。”

“地點優越，步行十分鐘便到Victoria Plaza, 穿過商場便到火車站，去哪兒也方便。房間整潔，但因為環保關係，不會提供牙膏牙刷、拖鞋。清潔服務也是要通知才會入房清潔，還會問你要清潔哪些地方。凌晨12:00至第二天早上8:00都沒有人值班，所以不會找到服務員幫助，這點要留意。”

“酒店位於Victoria Station 附近的一個寕靜社區、面對Vincent Square 板球塲、步行大約十分鐘到車站。酒店保持優雅氣派、每日派人執房、補充用品及咖啡膠囊。員工有禮及熱誠、酒店比較有歴史感,非常適合長者及到Apollo Theatre 觀賞音樂劇人仕。 由酒店行十多分鐘就可以到St. James Park 及Buckingham Palace。步行幾分鐘到酒店附近Page street 搭巴士可以到Big Ben 等景點,非常方便。附近有Regency Cafe、早、午餐很不錯。我們也試過酒店樓下的印度餐廳「Tiffin Tree｣、環境不錯、食物也不過不失。 總結五天的住宿體驗是愉快及滿意的!”

“High technologies provided in the room such as electrically operated adjustable bed level with massage function, electrical switch for moving the curtain, i-pad provision for use, handy smart phone for free use etc which I never encountered in all the hotel rooms I stayed in the past. It would be much more welcoming to guests if staff at reception expressed more smiles.”

“Room is tidy although a bit small. But fine for 1 person. Bathroom is clean , just the shower space is a bit small. Generally staffs are friendly. Location is ok, 5 mins walk to Pimlico and 8-10 mins walk to victoria.”
