“Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was a very poor one, we definitely will not be returning. The first room we were put in had a small window with a blind; however, the chain for the blind was broken off so we had no way of shutting it. I went to reception to request a room change (as the sun in the early hours would have woken us up), and we were moved into the only other room they had available. We had checked in quite late due to being busy throughout the day; therefore, it was probably……

“地點優越，步行十分鐘便到Victoria Plaza, 穿過商場便到火車站，去哪兒也方便。房間整潔，但因為環保關係，不會提供牙膏牙刷、拖鞋。清潔服務也是要通知才會入房清潔，還會問你要清潔哪些地方。凌晨12:00至第二天早上8:00都沒有人值班，所以不會找到服務員幫助，這點要留意。”

“High technologies provided in the room such as electrically operated adjustable bed level with massage function, electrical switch for moving the curtain, i-pad provision for use, handy smart phone for free use etc which I never encountered in all the hotel rooms I stayed in the past. It would be much more welcoming to guests if staff at reception expressed more smiles.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. It was close to Victoria Station and there was a #24 bus stop right outside the door. The elevator was a blessing. The only concern was that the temperature in the room was very warm (bordering on hot) and we had to keep the fan on at all times. I would stay at this hotel again.”

“Room is tidy although a bit small. But fine for 1 person. Bathroom is clean , just the shower space is a bit small. Generally staffs are friendly. Location is ok, 5 mins walk to Pimlico and 8-10 mins walk to victoria.”
