"We came up for a long ski weekend as two families with teens, and we absolutely loved this house! It was exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The location made our trip incredibly easy, with Wisp Resort just minutes away and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Our teens had a blast with the hot tub, pool table, and the great selection of board games, while the adults loved unwinding on the large deck and taking in the view. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and quick to communicate, which made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We’re already talking about coming back!"

"House was very well kept for its age. It worked for what our group needed. Plenty of space for a group of 10. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because we had to shovel the snow ourselves on the driveway edge, sidewalk, and porch so that we didn't track snow all through the entryway. I understand the owners live out of the area though, so this is really on the property management company, especially since the snow was there for weeks before our trip."

"The property is well located, quiet, and cozy. Overall, it offers a comfortable stay, though some of the amenities are a bit dated.A 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended in the winter, as noted in the listing, and it was necessary to access the property. While the driveway had been plowed, no additional snow removal had been completed upon our arrival, and there was no snow shovel available for guest use.Unfortunately, the level of service provided by the management company (VACASA) did not meet expectations, particularly given the winter conditions. While communication was responsive, the lack of follow-through on maintenance and snow-related concerns detracted from the overall experience."

"Easy access to lots of fun things. About 25 minutes from Wisp and 10 minutes to the closest market. Good layout for the house. The 8th bedroom is accessed through the garage. The only downside was that the house had no toiletries or anything left when we arrived. They provided only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher pods which ran out very quickly with 20 people. We weren’t expecting a lot, but it would have been nice not to have to immediately go out and buy toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and salt. It’s the little touches!"
