All the other hotels in Switzerland had a coffee/water dispenser in the room but this one you had to walk to a library to get instant coffee which was horrible while all the other hotels had nice espresso in the room. There was no concierge to help with bookings for restaurants etc… it was bare bones so it yourself… never again. We were not aware that the bed would be on a raised platform - whilst not a problem for us, it might be for others if unaware. The room was very hot at night with no way to control the temperature other than opening the window. Check-in was a bit odd as you had to do this on an iPad and ‘create your own key’ - it would have been quicker for the staff member to just do it! It was okay overall. No kettle or fridge facilities.
