Nice place

Enjoyed our stay, but the carpet had what appeared to be baby porridge on it, the laundry door handle was almost off & there was marks on the bathroom door that I washed

Convenient location and roomy

Pros: The apartments are very large, great for families
Cons: Room serve, clean pool and outside apartments, fly screens so that windows can be left open
Location: Parramatta, just a short walk away, supermarket just around the corner, very easy to get to
Enjoyed the space and the helpful staff, felt that the room serve was sloppy and the pool was filthy, on the hottest days in summer. The rooms had no fly screens so had to rely on air conditioner the whole time. The view of our ground floor flat looked like a building site, with someone else's lost washing on the ground.

Cons: airconditioning
Air conditioners in the loft apartments didn't cope with the heat. Cool downstairs but hot in bedroom loft areas.

Very nice hotel and near shopping and pretty quiet

Convenient for function at Rose Hill Racecourse

Pros: Location
Cons: Good solid clean of bathrooms (washing down walls, back of door).
Comfy beds; aircon worked; noisy neighbours but didn't bother us in bedrooms; nice pool area.

Bad fall

On my first night of two I got up early and went to the bathroom on my way out I decided to get a drink of water. I did not notice the pool of water from the fridge. I slipped an fell badly twisting my ankle and took some skin off in a couple of places. As I had a course to go to I treated myself as best I could and hobbled off to the course. I notified reception of the accident and they seemed indifferent to my predicament. Due to the injury I was unable to travel home and needed to stay another night to await transport, The best they would do was a 10% Discount.
