The hotel was conveniently located for a festival we attended in Sydney. The staff was friendly and greeted us accordingly. The room is just big enough for two, so if the plan is to be out most of the time it will accommodate you.

My new fave place to stay for any medical/RPA visits. Clean, quiet room with an above average bed. Good hot water and love the Ink and Water toiletries. So close to buses and across the road from inner city park and bustle. Plenty of dining and entertainment with Broadway shopping centre. Friendly staff at front desk, happy to see me and store my bag for a few hours. My only suggestion is having a rubbish bin in the room and not just a bathroom bin. Thanks, I’ll def be back 😁

Staff were excellent, polite patient and kind. Room was cool, clean, quiet and comfortable. The streets were very dirty but that is just Sydney in most places. As soon as you open the door to the reception desk, it was very clean and welcoming. Will be back again.

Small basic room with no windows and air conditioning on all the time with no controls. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Quite average service. A rabbit Warren that can be hard to find things like a lift. Great location

It was easy to Check-in and Check-out. The size of the room and shower area was good. The bed was comfortable to sleep. The room was clean. The amenities in the room was sufficient. However, the property seemed old and run down. The Aircon and the fridge were noisy.

Nice property, good service. Only two little concerns is the air conditioning in whole hotel for all rooms, not air conditioning in each room. And while there we had a fire alarm but was not told what happened, I’m assuming it was false alarm but could’ve let people know.
