"We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé dinner. The food was consistently fresh and delicious, but what made our mornings truly memorable was the service from Jerry. He brought warmth, humour, and genuine hospitality to every interaction, an absolute gem and a real asset to the Shangri-La team. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and looked after. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re after a five-star stay with small details that make a big difference."

"Great stay close to what we needed to do. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful Good communication prior to arrival. Parking is available but definitely only for small to medium cars. Bed was comfy and room amenities very good. "
