“I loved this property! It actually exceeded my expectations. The location is completely unbeatable, close to the water and all the shops and restaurants. Sitting outside looking at the water and people watching was a fun way to spend some of the afternoon. Tom was responsive and kind and is clearly invested in making sure his guests are well taken care of. The house has two large bedrooms that are far from each other-great for two couples looking for privacy. I loved the "old House" charm……

“Beautiful house and property. Ciara is a great host and answered all communication promptly. Dock and pool were great places to hang out. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is very clean and the furnishings are comfortable. Please note that Waze will not take you to the location, but it gets you close. Also the house is well outfitted, but we had to go to the supermarket to buy trash bags and dishwasher detergent. That said it is a lovely home and we would be happy to rent again.”

Although the furniture suited the era, a couple of pieces should be replaced or restored. I saw previous reviews for concerns of floorboard safety in upstairs bedroom, again realizing it's an 1850 house.……
