The hotel staff and cleanliness was great, I would of given it 5 stars however 2 things kept that from happening. 1) the pillows are horrible...I mean really bad! The king size bed was comfortable but it took 3 pillows to make half of a pillow and then they float around never actually supporting my huge heavy head
2) the hotel staff behind the counter took a card to put on file and told me I wouldn't be charged anything since I used Expedia to pay already.....2 days later I'm on the phone for 20 mins trying to figure out why I was charged $40, I was refunded however the hotel company actually uses a 3rd party tech support line and you're talkingoing to people who barely speak English.
Other than that the hotel is clean, secure, and the staff is incredibly friendly...bring your own pillows and prepare for a temporary $40 charge on your card.
