“the place was so lovely and comfortable! the hosts were very kind when we had some trouble getting in at first (user error), and we had no troubles at all during our stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, the house is so comfortable, and there is lots of hiking and other nature activities nearby. the sound of the creek is so soothing!”

It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. “I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. “Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and well kept!”
