“The front desk staff member was friendly and quick to get us checked in. With the hotel being a mere few minutes from the airport, it's ideal to save yourself from having to get up earlier than you need to. We had a rental that sat in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes before I returned it -- so we didn't have to deal with the predatory parking. My only complaint is that my floor had numerous teens/young adults who were running up and down the hall. They were slamming doors, loudly arguing……

“The room was very clean and very friendly staff. The fact that you charge for parking, breakfast, and the surprise incidental fee on top of the charge for the room, pretty much broke the bank. Did not dare to leave the property in fear of getting charged additionally for parking. Couldn't use pool cause it was filled to capacity with crazy kids.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”
