“Pool is shut down for repairs. Outside is in need of paint . Planter beds need love. There is no hair dryer in the room. The price is very low for the night sooooo”

“Everything outside the room was fine, no complaints there….but the room, omg no no no….the chair in the room had stains on it, the bed comforter had a stain on it, the light on the ceiling when you walk in the room was hanging by one screw and when you shut the door, it would shake, the paint on the ceiling in the bathrooms was peeling off and flaking, only had 1 bath towel in the room….yaaaaa never never again will I stay here”

“Our room was clean and the staff was very courteous. I noticed that the hotel has upgraded the decor in the lobby. It is clean and well done. Every time we are in Topeka we stay at the Hilton Garden.”

“The person at the check in desk was unprofessional. We finally got to our room through hallways that smelled like dirty gym socks. We went to the hotel store in the evening and the desk clerk (same as the check in clerk) was on his phone talking and laughing very loudly. It took him a few seconds to end his call in order to wait on us. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathtub was filthy. The water pressure was not good at all - a dribble of water came from the shower head and then would gush.……
