The cons would be not enough parking for two trucks, sheets smelled sour, there was hair in the upstairs hall bathroom floor and in the shower. Hall bathroom shower and sink did not drain hardly either. Host was great though. Maybe hire a cleaning crew and have your guests prepare for the lack of parking. Other than that no complaints. ”
