“Next time, and there will be a next time, I will start here with my Merida visit. A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya. They gave me a ride to my train with last minute notice. I can't wait to come back here.”
