"We arrived around 1 pm and were greeted by Myrthe who provided exceptional customer service. As our room was ready, she helped us find our room. When the elevator would not move due to weight, she took one of our bags to our room up 2 flights of stairs. When we left one of us went into elevator with bags and the other walked down. Location is great - only 4 tram stops from central station and 1 long block to walk. The hotel is historic and interesting. Our room size was on the small size but...

Hotel Royal Bridges
4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (475)
"This hotel has a great location & accommodating staff. While their breakfast is pricy for what you get (15 euros pp), they have a 24-h boutique coffees machine which is fabulous. There are pleasant spots in the courtyard - and adjacent to - where you can work, read, or chat. The property clean, albeit worn on the edges in places. The room itself was good, not great. "We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The location suited us perfectly as it was close to the train station as well as being really close to the old centre. Breakfast each morning was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. We didn't think there were enough lights (rooms a bit dark), but that was a minor. We would definitely stay there again. "
