"Maria was an excellent host, she was quick to respond to our messages and her instructions for accessing the property were very clear and comprehensiveWe came to Sydney as tourists and a Harbour view was what we were looking for, we were not disappointed. It was beautiful from dawn till dusk and the apartment gave a great vantage point to see the Harbour bridge. It’s a really short walk to the Ferry wharf and train station so a great base for exploring the city. Highly recommend"

"Smooth check in and out, very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean but lacking in amenities, you need to call housekeeping to get toothbrushes and toothpaste. One thing that makes me furious is that ,they tried to charge my bank account for minibar consuming, but I didn’t consume any of it. I called the front desk after I got notification from my bank, the staff who answered the phone was helpful, but hopefully she will pass my issue to account department to fix the bill. The hotel should provide a list of minibar items and quantities for the guests to check if there’s any missing to avoid inaccurate charges."
