“No nos hicieron la limpieza en un dia, un Gerente dijo que habíamos puesto no molestar, le mostramos lo que se había pedido, y era limpieza al contrario, simplemente nos pidió disculpa y dijo que era un nuevo sistema y no lo sabían. “We had 2 separate stays here on our recent visit to Australia. We stayed in the main hotel in a deluxe room, then a standard room. They were identical with the only difference being that the deluxe has a shared large balcony overlooking the outdoor bar area. The rooms were of a high standard of decor & cleanliness. Very well equipped. Although it is clearly stated that the rooms can be noisy because they are above the bar which my husband did not find an issue, I found it very hard to sleep....

“Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Ya está un poco viejo, pero muy limpio. Necesita un poco de renovación en los muebles de baño. La comida en el restaurante es cara y el smarTV no funciona tan perfecto. However, I must say that the pool and sauna areas are not in good condition. During my stay of almost six days, the sauna either wasn’t working or was far too cold. The indoor sauna facilities are in very poor shape, and the pool water is quite cold. Additionally, the furniture in that area leaves much to be desired and does not correspond to what one would expect from a five-star hotel."
