“Clean room and great staff. ”

“Cage d’escaliers très sale (remplie d’urine), les murs de la chambre sont crasseux. Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pour nous laver. Le petit déjeuner était très limite. L’homme a l’accueil venait mettre 3 tranches de pain à la fois, sans laver ses mains entre ses autres tâches. Piscine non fonctionnelle ”

“The rooms reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room there was dirty white stuff in the carpet. The room smells so bad. I was unable to stay for the night. I actually left the hotel and went to find another room somewhere else. I will not be staying at a red roof fan again.”

“The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I do travel quite a bit and this was terrible. No milk, no yogurt no fruit no danish. The 4 juice Machine was all out except for apple juice. It advertised yogurt on the go it advertised waffles. It advertised bananas and hazelnut with the oatmeal. The only options were oatmeal very small stale bagels and toast. No milk.”

“We travel a lot for basketball all over, this was the best hotel we have stayed at.”

“No quality at this Inn! Breakfast is a joke! Rooms are decent but need some repairs. Staff has alot to be desired. Save yourself time and money.....stay at the quality inn in Lexington....its like night and day.”

“The room was clean, the air conditioning worked properly. The staff was courteous. The only problem was there was some people outside arguing very loudly and a few people partying outside, which was OK would’ve preferred. They weren’t and if you’re not a smoker, you will smell smoke, My Wife and I are smokers so it didn’t bother us. They do have Smoking rooms available there if you’re a smoker overall for a cheaper motel room it was a very good experience. ”

“First time being in Best Western and you are greeted with friendly service and the price is decent. Though the hotel is only two floors. The bedrooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable to sleep in.”
